New Bridge Employee Assistance Services
New Bridge believes that Quality Care has six components:
Our quality assurance efforts are built into our program services
with the following goals in mind:

awareness and acceptance of an issue).
2. Accessibility (convenience) and Availability
(timeliness) of assistance and care.
3. Excellence in Clinical Care (education, training and
experience).
4. An organized review of program for clinicians
(feedback on performance).
5. A structured recovery environment for the
employee (short and long-term case management).
6. Positive communication skills.

records.
Ensure appropriate clinical decisions for treatment referral and
ongoing care for inpatient and outpatient clients.
