We have worked for nearly 20
years with private and
public businesses to
customize Employee
Assistance Programs with
Work-Life services to meet
and enhance the body, mind
and spirit of the
organization.
One our strengths is being
available at the worksite as
well as away from the office
in conveniently located

recognizes that we are a
guest at each agency and
that success depends on the
amount of integration
achieved into the life of
the organization. One of the
cornerstones of New Bridge
is our effort to view each
client as a "person in
situation."
We have witnessed
individuals and
organizations affirm and
celebrate that reaching out
for help is a sign of
strength. We have
experienced and received
positive feedback for the
fruition of our individual
and group sessions.
We assist people at each
level of the organization.
Employers, supervisors and
employees and their families
receive help managing job
transitions, family matters,
depression, anxiety,
financial, chemical
dependence, career issues,
process critical incidents,
