community by volunteering in other not-for-profits such as Pro Per that
offered "how to" workshops and legal consultations for individuals and

All staff are chosen on the basis of their experience in delivering a wide
range of service, their ability to perform quick, comprehensive
assessments, their advanced clinical credentials and their strong
connection to their communities.  All are licensed personnel in New York
and are clinical social workers.

We are a team of clinical health professionals, trained and dedicated
to help create a positive workplace environment that  advances
employee commitment and life affirming human potential.

We encourage commitment and dedication to the quality of each
agency, the services it provides and to the quality of life.

EAP counselors have helped individual employees overcome a
wide-range of life/work/play related issues that may adversely effect
performance and quality of life.

We have worked for over 15 years with private and public businesses
to customize Employee Assistance Programs to meet and enhance the
body, mind and spirit of the organization.  New Bridge recognizes that
the Employee Assistance Program is a guest at each agency and that
success depends on the amount of integration achieved into the life of
the organization. One of the cornerstones of New Bridge EAP is our
effort to view each client as a "person in situation."

We have witnessed and received positive feedback for the fruition of
our individual and group sessions.  We assist people in managing job
transitions, family matters, depression, anxiety, financial, chemical
dependence, career issues, process critical incidents, identify
strengths and attain goals.

We have seen individuals and organizations affirm and celebrate that
reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

We offer empathic, compassionate, supportive and constructive
client-centered approach in counseling individuals and groups.
